The current video model has a generation-time limit: clips of 4, 8, or 12 seconds — that's everything the API accepts today, so longer videos can't be generated yet. If a concept's narration runs slightly past the clip, the video holds its final frame until the voice finishes naturally (never cut off mid-sentence). We will support long videos as soon as OpenAI's model is compatible — no migration will be needed; existing concepts will simply gain the longer options. OpenAI's moderation queue occasionally blocks an otherwise-fine generation — when that happens, zQinta automatically retries the submission (with backoff) and re-generates once with a fresh job before showing any error, so most transient blocks resolve themselves.

Books you upload are yours: share them with readers via keys. Book queries are metered fairly — your upload includes 2,000 owner queries, a reader pool you fund adds 5,000 ($5), 20,000 ($20), or 50,000 ($50) shared queries, and readers can add their own pack ($0.99 / 1,000 queries). The answer itself is generated on each reader's own OpenAI key (Settings → AI Provider), so readers add their key once to start chatting — AI usage is billed by OpenAI, not by zQinta.

For a flat $7.99 you can submit any AI-generated concept to a human consultant. They read it and publish a written review — what holds up, what's subtly wrong, what an expert would add — right next to the concept, with its own discussion thread. Every published review also appears on the public Blog. If no consultant is available for your topic, the request is declined and your $7.99 is refunded automatically.

You're covered by a 7-day refund policy: if a course materially doesn't match its description, is broken (media won't play, import fails), or you were charged twice, contact support via the live chat or email and the purchase is refunded to your original payment method — typically within 5–10 business days. On refund, the course license is revoked. Subscriptions have their own fair rules, including a refund if a trial converts unintentionally.

You can keep buying courses on the Market as a free user and re-subscribe whenever you like.

You can delete your account at any time from the site (Account → Danger Zone → Delete). Deleting your account cancels your subscription (no future charges), wipes your account from our servers — profile, maps, posts, comments, notifications — and signs you out everywhere. We keep only an anonymous financial record for accounting purposes, as required by law. This is permanent and cannot be undone, so we ask you to confirm.

Your courses stay live and keep selling — nothing is unpublished or deleted. Buyers can still find, buy, and import them, and you keep earning your 70% on every sale; payouts run through your connected Stripe account, not through the subscription. What changes is publishing: creating NEW courses (and updating existing ones) needs an active Premium plan, since publishing is a Premium feature — the same as before you first published. Re-subscribe any time and publishing picks up right where you left off, with all your courses and their ratings intact.

Nothing is lost. If you cancel or your subscription lapses, you keep all your maps, concepts, notes, and any courses you bought. You simply drop to the Free plan's limits (shallower depth, fewer AI messages).
